Historic Renovation

​A landmark building located in the Superior Arts Historical District of the Downtown Cleveland Area, this Italianate style building boasts several defining characteristics typical from the late 1900s.  From the rusticated stone around the base of the building to the segmented Arch top windows to the corbels that support the roof overhang above, special attention was made to preserve and stay true to the history of the building.

This Renovation received an Honorable Mention Award for Neighborhood Impact from the Cleveland Restoration Society and Cleveland Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
