As interest grows in the Great Lakes Cruising industry, a strong trend began to emerge which marked the need for a permanent and more welcoming Center for incoming cruise ship passengers visiting Cleveland.

This newly renovated facility incorporates a more comfortable and ADA accessible passenger processing area for U.S. Customs and Border Protection as well as a new exterior covered waiting area, landscape and informational signage.
